WWLocator operations

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• CalculateLatLong
  Convert WWLocator to latitude and longitude. In the order, return integer array of deg, mins and sec for latitude and longitude.
• CalculateLatLongDecimal
  Convert WWLocator to decimal latitude and longitude in their order.
• getError
  True if error, false otherwise
